KERSHAW COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT
The Kershaw County School District is the only public K-12 school district in Kershaw County. Home to more than 10,500 students and over 1,000 employees, The Kershaw County School District is accredited by The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and The South Carolina Department of Education.
With an annual graduation rate over 90%, more than 90% of The Kershaw County School District's graduates either attend college or other forms of higher education, join the military, or enter the workforce.
To provide Kershaw County students the opportunity to take college credit classes in high school, The Kershaw County School District has also partnered with Central Carolina Technical College to offer dual enrollment classes to students 16 years old or older.
CENTRAL CAROLINA TECHNICAL COLLEGE
The Central Carolina Technical College - Kershaw County Campus provides a comprehensive, public, two-year institution of higher education that is dedicated to fostering a positive environment of teach and learning for faculty, staff, and students.
Central Carolina Technical College (CCTC) serves the region of Kershaw, Clarendon, Lee, and Sumter Counties in South Carolina and offers associates degrees, diplomas, and certificates. Central Carolina students have a wide array of programs and services from which to choose. CCTC's online programming and cooperative agreements with other colleges and universities provide students with exceptional opportunities couples with their more traditional learning opportunities.
