There are several methods of administering an estate and the proper administration for each Estate will depend on individual circumstances.

To begin the probate process, please only complete the Estate Intake Packet listed under Probate Documents (see below).

The Estate Intake Packet can be printed out or picked up from the Kershaw County Probate Court office or on the right side of the security desk in the Kershaw County Government Center located at 515 Walnut Street, Camden, SC 29020. 

Also as a reminder, purses are NOT allowed in the Courthouse.
