The Human Resources Department supports Kershaw County’s missions, goals, and objectives in our commitment to recruit, develop, reward, and retain our workforce. We are responsible for classification, employee relations, benefits administration, retirement benefits administration, records management, personnel law compliances and implementation, education of staff on personnel law, and any other programs related to human resource issues.
