Kershaw County to launch new planning and zoning online services Monday, July 2, 2018

Kershaw County, SC – Beginning Monday, The Kershaw County Planning and Zoning Department will expand their online services with the launch of their Evolve Planning Software to the public. Contractors, trade companies, and owner-builders will now be able to apply for building permits, schedule inspections, pay fees, and receive permit approvals online. The new online service will also give the public the ability to not only apply for building permits, but check the status of their permits at any given time. 

Available July 2nd, the public can access these services at A link to the new online services will also be available on the Planning and Zoning Page of the County’s website as well.

Michael Conley, Kershaw County Planning and Zoning Director, led the search and implementation of the new software stating “We knew we needed to make these services available to our constituents online. Our department has spent months with Infovision Software, Inc. to ensure the implementation of the Evolve Planning Software enhances the services our office has and will continue to provide to our county.”
