  • No American Red Cross Shelters are currently open in Kershaw County
  • Kershaw County Food for the Soul is currently open as a shelter for Kershaw County residents and hurricane evacuees. Food for the Soul is located at 110 E. DeKalb Street, Camden, SC 29020 and can be reached at 803.432.4771.
  • Springvale Baptist Church is currently open as a shelter. Springvale Baptist is located at 1496 Springvale Road, Lugoff, SC 29078. For more information, please contact Pastor Hodge at 803.420.0318.
  • Malvern Hill Baptist Church will open their church as a shelter if their is a need. For information, please call Craig Thompson at 803.243.7035. Malvern Hill Baptist Church is located at 1514 Malvern Hill Drive, Camden, SC 29020.
CLOSINGS
  • Kershaw County Government Offices, Recycling Centers, and Landfill will be closed on Friday, September 14, 2018
  • Kershaw County School District will operate at HALF DAY on Thursday, September 13, 2018 and will be CLOSED Friday, September 14, 2018
  • Elgin Town Hall will be closed on Friday, September 14, 2018
