Sale of Economic Development Building
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kershaw County is hereby advertising for sale a parcel of land with improvements thereon situated in Camden, South Carolina. The land contains 0.138 acres and is on the northwest corner of Church Street and DeKalb Street in Camden, South Carolina. The property is titled in the name of Kershaw County.
The building is presently occupied by the Kershaw County Economic Development Office. The Development Office contains approximately 2,160 square feet of heated space.
