Kershaw County Emergency Management is a division of the Department of Safety and Emergency Services.  We work with the  South Carolina Emergency Management Division,  Kershaw County Local Emergency Planning Committee, National Weather Service, and  other Public Safety Agencies planning for and responding to disasters.
